Congressman Morgan McGarvey’s Office Accepting Applications for Green and Gold Congressional Aide Program
LOUISVILLE, KY (May 07, 2024) – Today, Congressman Morgan McGarvey (KY-03) announced his office is participating in the U.S. House of Representatives Green & Gold Congressional Aide Program to provide employment opportunities to veterans, Gold Star Families, and active-duty spouses. Congressman McGarvey’s office is currently accepting applications for a Green & Gold Congressional Aide — more information can be found on Congressman McGarvey’s website.
“One of the things I’m most proud of is my work on the Veterans Affairs Committee and everything we’re doing to serve those who have served our country,” said Rep. McGarvey. “By participating in this program, we’re making sure our veterans, active-duty spouses, and Gold Star Families can work in a congressional office and gain important work experience through serving Louisville and Jefferson County. This is an incredible opportunity to support the veteran community, and I’m excited to welcome a new member to Team McGarvey!”
