WASHINGTON — A planned meeting Friday between President Joe Biden and congressional leaders to negotiate raising the government’s borrowing limit was postponed. Two members of Kentucky’s Congressional delegation introduced two pieces of bipartisan legislation on Thursday that are designed to incentivize Kentucky’s signature equine industry.
