WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 30, 2024) – Today, Congressman Morgan McGarvey (KY-03) released the following statement after former President Donald Trump was found guilty all on 34 felony charges for the hush money trial:

“A New York jury has spoken; Donald Trump is the first former president to be convicted of a felony (34 to be exact). In America, no one is above the law. Donald Trump, the convicted felon, is the presumptive Republican nominee for president and he is unfit to serve in any public office, especially President of the United States.”
