If you are experiencing an issue with a federal agency, my office is here to be your advocate. If you are unable to reach an agency, are seeking the status of your application or claim, or are seeking assistance with navigation with the federal government, please give my district office a call at (502) 582-5129. My staff can often help answer questions and find relevant resources. While we cannot guarantee you a favorable outcome, we will do our best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem. After having a series of issues with my passport renewal process, I called the office of Rep. McGarvey to see if there was anyone who could be of assistance. I was put in touch with Catherine, who attentively listened to all of the details of the situation, and promptly offered a solution. She took over for me completely, which was such a great relief, and kept me updated with every step. I had been waiting six months for my renewed passport, and with Catherine I was able to get my renewed passport within two weeks. She was such a great help and I couldn't be happier with my experience working with the office of Rep. McGarvey and Catherine!

Hallelujah!!!! Three and one-half years of waiting, pleading, cajoling, etc. and now you have made it happen. I received my father's 2019 tax refund plus we even received $493 in interest (definitely not enough to compensate for all the time spent on this issue!). I cannot thank Representative McGarvey enough.Thank goodness you are there to help us. I hope that others can be helped by your office in the future.
