After having a series of issues with my passport renewal process, I called the office of Rep. McGarvey to see if there was anyone who could be of assistance. I was put in touch with Catherine, who attentively listened to all of the details of the situation, and promptly offered a solution. She took over for me completely, which was such a great relief, and kept me updated with every step. I had been waiting six months for my renewed passport, and with Catherine I was able to get my renewed passport within two weeks. She was such a great help and I couldn't be happier with my experience working with the office of Rep. McGarvey and Catherine!

Hallelujah!!!! Three and one-half years of waiting, pleading, cajoling, etc. and now you have made it happen. I received my father's 2019 tax refund plus we even received $493 in interest (definitely not enough to compensate for all the time spent on this issue!). I cannot thank Representative McGarvey enough.Thank goodness you are there to help us. I hope that others can be helped by your office in the future. Thank you so very much.
