My staff can often help answer questions and find relevant resources. I've been struggling with passport renewal for months. The State Department had lost most of my application paperwork, including my existing passport and method of payment. Working closely with Congressman McGarvey's office, they were able to identify exactly what I needed to get resolution and deliver it all to the State Department on my behalf.
