I ran into some trouble with a passport renewal stemming from an incomplete form and a long-delayed letter of notification. I reached out to Rep. McGarvey's office for assistance and received prompt, effective help in getting the process untangled and moving along. With the office's help (especially Catherine, who went above and beyond what I would have expected) I was able to get my passport renewed and delivered with time to spare before my departure. Thank you all again so very much for your help.

I reached out to Mr. McGarvey's office due to an ongoing issue with Social Security about benefits for my grandson. The work of Mr. McGarvey's office was prompt and efficient. The answer from Social Security was more conclusive than we could have ever expected from our own efforts. Many thanks to Aaliyah for her excellent work!

Had a snafu with my passport and had to resubmit my application. Catherine in Congressman McGarvey's office was on it! I got my passport in less than 2 weeks, which is almost unheard of! Especially during current times. I’m very grateful I’ll make my trip to visit family overseas for the first time, and it is very much do to the Congressman’s diligence.

I’ve had a lot of trouble trying to arrange global entry which I need for my job. The staff at the Louisville office was great. They gave me good advice about what to do. I really appreciated how friendly, professional, and quick they were to get back with me.

My son submitted an expedited passport back in January, but it was untraceable in the system and we had not yet received it 4 days before we left, nor were the options for in-person appointments feasible for us (not to mention the busy signal most of the time when you called the passport office.). We contacted Hon. McGarvey's office asking for assistance and they came through. They located the office that had his application and expedited the processing.  We received the passport in time and were able to depart on our same itinerary. I am extremely grateful for the effort made to make this happen.  It was my son's last year of high school and this trip was important to him as he was traveling with many of his friends and their families. To miss the trip would have been a heart breaker. I am so appreciative of the time Hon. McGarvey's office took to help us out.
