My staff can often help answer questions and find relevant resources. While we cannot guarantee you a favorable outcome, we will do our best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem. We were having a terrible time getting a passport before September for a trip to go to Iceland for my 16 year old granddaughter. I don’t know if my email to representative McGarvie is the reason that we got it so quickly, but it certainly did not hurt and he was with us every step of the way keeping us updated on any new statuses. We’re glad to announce that we did receive the passport in time. He certainly stuck with us through the whole deal and we appreciate it so very much.
